my baby...

the kiddos and i drove in to waxahachie tonight for a lllllooooonnnnnggggg week of photo sessions!  i needed to take some pictures of ella in this adorable kutie patootie couture dress and i knew that tonight would be the only night i had available.  thank goodness for the time change because we made it to my grandparents land right as the sun was going down over the horizon..... close call.  i opened the back of the equinox, threw open the suitcase, grabbed the dress and boots, put it on ella, and said, "ok, go over there and jump up and down!"  we got some fun shots!!!  i love taking pictures of my children......it makes me happy.  :)

meet benjamin dean....  isn't he the cutest little thing that you've ever seen?!?  his mom has been my life long friend...literally.  we met when we were five years old.  she moved in to the house next to mine and the rest was history.  we did everything together...rode our bikes, played 'teacher', we both had a bunny......cuddles and jelly bean.  (yeah, my bunny was named jelly bean.)  now, we're both adults and have babies!!!!!  what happened?!?!?  it feels like only yesterday that we were playing with our rainbow brite dolls.  :)  i love her so much and her sweet boys...... more photos to come later......

kutie patootie couture

i had the privilege of taking these amazing pictures of kutie patootie couture's new 2012 spring line!!!  aren't these clothes to die for!?!  and these little girlies......so completely gorgeous!  my talented mom made the banner in the background.....it was the perfect accessory to this photo shoot....made of burlap and a sweet blue flower fabric.  then, i completed the set with three of my vintage chairs.  so simple yet lovely.  we had so much fun laughing and posing.....the girls did such a phenomenal job....natural little models.  :)  enjoy the photos and check out kutie patootie couture !!!
